Fawcetts, the Lancaster-based tackle and gun shop are holding an Open Day on Saturday 14th March, from 10am to 3pm.
Park at the Bull Beck Picnic site on the Caton Road, then move to the River Lune (LDAA Caton beat) across the road..Fawcetts are stockists of rods by Vision, Hardy Greys, Sage, Loomis, Diawa, CND and Bruce and Walker.
Jim Fearn (APGAI) and others will be there to offer casting demonstrations and there will be an opportunity to try out rod and line combinations.
