Default Swansea Cork Ferry Campaign

For those who travel to Ireland for their fishing you may be interested to know about the campaign to get this much needed route back in operation. It was always a fantastic way to get straight to some superb fishing grounds and saved driving over 400 miles. Here is the the latest it is very touch and go but the service could possibly be up and running this season. If you know anyone interested in supporting it please pass it on time of the essence

If there is any justice in geology and evolution, Wales will fall off the @rse of the UK and float over to the emerald isle, then you sheep worriers can all live happily ever after

All we need then to worry about is sorting out the ferry from Bristol to Swansea or Cardiff

Tightlines!

I thought the Cork (Ringaskiddy) venture failed as a new ship was required, with no funding available, due to the current financial situation.

'Holyhead - Dublin' and 'Fishguard - Rosslare' are the main gateway ports and will take some shifting.

Sorry everyone for some reason the website link did not copy in. The original boat was passed its sell by date and not up to standard and the operators at the time Inchape did not want to invest. The new vessel planned is one of the super ferries hence way superior and just the ticket for this crossing. Here goes:
