Is there any chance of some sort of sticky where people can give tackle shops (especially online ones) a rating for service etc? Just something where you could add marks out of 5 and not get bogged down in remes of text. Something like user ratings on ebay.

This is largely motivated by my own recent experience with one particular supplier (documented elsewhere on the forum) who have also provided a poor service to other forum members.
I don't want to see companies getting flamed unnecessarily, and doing searches for companies will often provided the same results, but it would be useful to have this sort of information readily available.

I think conceptually it would be a good idea, but I perceive that it may be a bit of a potential legal minefield.

Aye, probably best to go with word of mouth on the forums - always have a search for a shop before buying from it if it looks a little basic!
