i guess its already been said, grommit rather breezes the customer service awards

ordered some gear from my "usual" supplier....after ten days...phone call.."no knowledge"
had to go get a copy of my bank statement..........your recommendations are duly noted

I've only dealy with Grommit once but had excellent service, couldn't fault the speed and the discount which I wasn't expecting was a nice bonus too.

I have to get my bank statement and hide it from the wife, she thinks I have a love child with Ian (Grommit) and make maintenance payments monthly
