Im about to start flyfishing and wondered if any folks on this Forum could advise me on Their favourite lures for use in the Central Belt Fisheries

where about in the central belt

Hi I was meaning fisheries like Swanswater, Orchil, Burnhouse Wellsfield etc

Yellow dancer, Humungus, and the usual suspects of, cats whisker, black fritz patterns, hot head damsel nymph. That should get you started.

Hi Infiniti the flies mentiond above will get you through the winter and should get you lots of fish .Try some of the blob family,and also boobies if they are permitted (Tightlines)
