Default Where can I buy a rowing boat?

Not strictly fishing related but I thought I'd ask the question anyway...............I'm desperately seeking a wooden approx 7ft rowing boat. Does anyone have one for sale or know where I can get one? Been hunting ebay for the last month but there is little to suit

Thanks a lot!

Seven foot is cripplingly short...

Do you really mean rowing or was it row-able?

Google for "Tender"

sorry I should've been a bit more descriptive. I have a cabin cruiser moored on Loch Earn and the purpose of the rowing boat is just to get out to my main boat really. The problem I had last year is that I have a small white, plastic rowing boat and in the choppy waters it wasn't very stable at all. Also, when 2 people were in the boat the thing practically turned over. So I thought I could get a slightly bigger, heavier wooden rowing boat and it may be a bit sturdier

Why not go for an inflatable tender.

Yampower in Glasgow should be able to sort you out and even Costco have them at times.

7 feet is too small for anything but one small person -10 feet is about the minimum you would want for two. somethign like an avon redstart woudl be ideal - watch out for cheapo inflatables they can let you down when it matters

The most stable and convenient small boat I have used is the portabote. Astonishing stability - but it is very expensive. There is an 8ft version.
