ive never seen their flees are they any good?

They have a good reputation, CJ, and I have had some fly tying tackle from them now and again. I don't buy flies, but I would guess their's would be OK.

I bought a box last year after my mate was doing well on a box given to him. They appear to be very effective and the transparent box is quite useful for holding additional dry flies.
