Default Fishing widows wanted

Nothing sordid, I promise.

I need five articulate fishing 'widows'/'widowers' within reasonable travelling distance of Peterborough.

If any of you are able to 'volunteer' anyone could you either PM me here or e-mail me at jeffrey.prest@bauermedia.co.uk, please, and I'll let you have more details.

Default fishwives?

I was rather hoping it was something sordid, would be great for circulation figures!

Yep, as soon as I saw the title of this thread, I knew it was headed downhill. And fast.

Everyone will be looking forward to Trout Fisherman's new series, Fishing Widows Gone Wild. At your news agent in April.

If only that poor Stateside fellow was still trying to ply his trade in beaver pelts we could have looked forward to a section on 'Readers Beavers'.

There used to be a back page section in a popular South African fishing magazine called the 'Rapala Lip' and was a page for fishing wives to whinge about their absent, piscatorial obsessed husbands......was generally a humerous read.

BTW - email sent Mr Prest; Mrs SKB might be able to assist in a textual beration of the habits of her husband

I can widen the ambit on this one - I still need five articulate fishing 'widows'/'widowers' but they can now be anywhere in the UK. No travelling involved.

If any of you are able to 'volunteer' anyone could you either PM me here or e-mail me at jeffrey.prest@bauermedia.co.uk, please, and I'll let you have more details.

I think it's the later of the two; but you'd better check with Jeff (thewormturns)

My wife says, your either out fishing, talking about it, or on that bloody computer looking for even more fishing tackle, then you lie in bed reading books about fishing, or fishing related!

She also says she would fit the bill, when called a fishing widow!

Thankfully she's computer Illiterate!
