Default Is it 'fly fishing', 'flyfishing' or 'fly-fishing'?

How do we spell the name of the sport we love when googling or writing copy? There ought to be a standard, IMO, but which should it be?

When writing magazine copy, you'll need to use the magazine's standard. I believe most use "fly fishing", but I noticed that at least one general outdoor magazine over here uses "fly-fishing".

Capital F in the middle of a sentence? or at the beginning.

No capitals i.e. 'Today I went fly fishing for trout'.

Trout is not a proper noun, so it should be 'Fly fishing for trout'.

OK - call me a pedant...

It must be fly fishing. People would not put 'carpfishing' or 'spinningforpikefishing' or indeed 'salmonfishing'. It would be silly, me thinks.
