Try Kim Tribe who is Neath based. He is a member of this forum as kim.tribe.flyfishingwales and the website is http://www.flyfishingwales.com/

Kim Tribe is a Guide in Neath although I'm not sure what qualifications he holds for casting as I haven't seen any on his website. Harry Phillips in Llansamlet does lessons and his number is available on one of the links in the previous replies. I'm sure theres probably more in the area. You could phone a fishery and ask them if they have anyone or can arrange to help you (try Jamie at Garnffrwd). I would offer myself but I'm not qualified and I wouldn't want you picking up my bad habits. It's best to use someone who is qualified.
