Fly Fishing in Suffolk

I'm heading down to Suffolk for a weeks break in early July.

While down there i may do some missionary work

and even a spot of fishing.

Anyone know where i could get some brown trout fishing in ? Would prefer rivers or streams but a lake with browns may suffice.

The area i'm in is fairly close to Diss but i will travel. There is not much on the net.
