[QUOTE=sewinbasher]
I was also surprised not to see the Slovenian marbled trout (is that a brownie?)...QUOTE]

Look a bit closer (5th row down, left hand side). Interestingly, the marble trout is considered by many to be a completely seperate species. They seem to have large heads, sharp teeth and slim bodies compared to brown trout. However, marbles and browns breed very successfully (in fact this phenomenon very nearly wiped out the pure strain of Slovene marble trout completely.) The species was only recovered after a pure strain was found in the Zadlascica above impassable falls in it's headwaters. This was in the early nineties. Since then, the local angling authorities have done a fantastic job, rearing pure marbles in their own hatchery. Pure marble trout are now once again common through the whole of the upper Soca system.
Kind regards
Alex
