finally lost it this morning and sent this fax to them
I WRITE IN REGARDS TO ORDER NO,5377461
After numerous phone calls and filling in your online enquiry form I still have not had this order settled even after many promises by you staff
As a company trading on the Internet you are still governed by the same laws as any high street shop, and me as a customer have the same legal protection and consumer rights as I would if I bought from one.
I have logged and have phone call records showing when I have contacted your company and also this faxed letter will be kept to form part of any evidence if it is necessary to take legal action to either get my goods or a full refund.
It would be nice to bring this matter to an end as it is doing nobody any good by leaving it just drag on.

As far As I knew these had been dispatched so I can only apologise for the fact that you have not received them. I have in the mean time refunded you in full for the order you placed, sorry for the problems and inconvenience you have had. I can assure you this is the first time this has happened and will not happen again as we always try to do our best for the customer.
