these lying thieves have still not sorted me after several phone calls and emails and broken promises

stay well clear

or we could see if this forum has any clout by all of us filling out there contact enquiry form and asking whats happened to order 5377461
perhaps 200 reminders may help

ill send one pal as their is nothing worse than making an order and money withdrawn only to have to wait and wait for your purchase it should be illegal

message sent saying i feel this is long over due and should be sorted in the interest of sales as this kind of news on the forums is not good for business.

thanks mate and will be interesting to see if yours and hopefully a few other mails will help
i cant understand them half the order came although half the stuff wasn't what i ordered and they have promised over the phone to get the rest to me next post
i wish they would tell me to get stuffed and whistle for it than tell a pack of lies

finally lost it this morning and sent this fax to them

I WRITE IN REGARDS TO ORDER NO,5377461

After numerous phone calls and filling in your online enquiry form I still have not had this order settled even after many promises by you staff

As a company trading on the Internet you are still governed by the same laws as any high street shop, and me as a customer have the same legal protection and consumer rights as I would if I bought from one.

I have logged and have phone call records showing when I have contacted your company and also this faxed letter will be kept to form part of any evidence if it is necessary to take legal action to either get my goods or a full refund.

It would be nice to bring this matter to an end as it is doing nobody any good by leaving it just drag on.

LOOK WHAT I RECIEVED VIA E-MAIL LESS THAN 2 HOURS LATER

As far As I knew these had been dispatched so I can only apologise for the fact that you have not received them. I have in the mean time refunded you in full for the order you placed, sorry for the problems and inconvenience you have had. I've only ordered stuff from that troutfishing.co.uk site once before and to be fair, they were really helpful, did me a good deal on some waders.
