Lamson are a trickey bunch of B******S.

I have the original Waterworks (red ****).

When they replaced it with this newer version (black ****) they immediately stopped supplying spools for the original version. I emailed their customer services and received no help at all.

For such a high priced reel - it was a dirty trick to play.

Take care to find out if they are replacing this current version - you may end up with a reel and unable to get spare spools.

BTW - Take a look at the Loop G3, far superior to Lamson and a lower cost.
