I can recommend the following site, book and DVD. The book is translated from Czech and the DVD also has an English comentary - allbeit a little stilted at times!

I've used czechnymph.com on quite a few occasions and their turn around time on orders is very good indeed.

Again, no hard sell; but a homemade vid that I did for a flyfishing workshop has a substantial section devoted to czech nymphing (and other nymphing tactics). There's a lot of Anglers' eye views of takes using the czech nymphing style which is often neglected in instructional videos. Some reviews/comments in the thread Upstream, Downstream, some river advice please
Price for my vid is £14 including delivery (or £7 if you have an S&TA membership number). I'm just waiting for some new disks and covers to be delivered before I can produce another run.

Also, John Tyzack is currently filming an autumn grayling DVD which I am sure will be required viewing.
