I like the way they've described a lot of rivers Clyde included as Huge and Goin' up.

Crossed the Clyde at Shawfield around lunchtime and I can confirm that it was in fact HUGE

Ah John you seem to be mixing up the Spey with the Dee, now the Dee is fishing an extra fortnight, as well as the extra 10 or so days at the start. If they have a good season they might just catch more than half the Spey's total.

But they have employed all sorts of people to tell everyone what a great river the Dee is.

I wonder if the Spey will break 12K this year, it might be close.
