Default Permits on River Earn?

Guys, do any of you know where to get permits for the River Earn at Bridge of Earn? I seem to remember I had problems getting a permit before so thought I'd check here, thinking of heading down there tomorrow.

Thanks

Not sure if this is any help by the beat up is Comrie and you get them from the deli on the high street. The upper stretches of that beat are not up to much but the upper town stretch to the caravan park has some lovely water.
