Default Menteith last few visits

The last few visit,s to the L,O,M have been for me brick hard and realy slow going , I was out today with my m8 in what were good conditions with good cloud cover and about 8 to 10 mph winds ideal for pulling we thought but after 5 hrs and moving to varous areas which we can usually pull out a few we had now,t not even a pull and it looked the same for all the boats around us , I have found this the last few times on the lake and i can,t put my finger on what has been wrong , And i know it could just be that i am P*SH AT THE FISHING ,, Anyone else have any ideas ???

P.S. We eventually took a few fish on bloodworm a pattern i have never fished on the lake

I had 4 on friday dropped 2 and missed 5, but in the scheme of things I was nowhere as there was at least 5 anglers who were into double figures, there were fish everywhere we visited, but getting takes was hard, but I still had a good day.

Hi, Colin, I was out on Saturday - we had 9 in the boat with a few other pulls and a couple of fish lost. They wanted a specific fly pulled hard for a while (7 out of 9 fish) but then it just stopped. I got one more on the washing line with the midge tip, but even with 9 fish it was not an easy day. We found the fish in Gateside Bay, having failed earlier at the butts and up at Lochend. Other boats had mixed results, but some found fish where we couldn't - not sure about flies, but most close to the surface.

Regards,
