Hi all,
This is a request for you to keep your eye's peeled for the look out for any fishing gear being sold(down the pub).
My Landrover was stolen on the 13th August and all the fishing gear was in the back.
There was a lot of gear.
3 X orvis zero gravity rods
1 X simms G3 vest
Orvis wading jacket
snowbee fishing bag
3 X large abour reels
7 Fly box's with home made flies
Orvis waders and boots
Landing nets.

If any body hears or see's of this stuff being sold let me know.

Sorry to hear that cjs, there are some right barstewards about. Hopefully if nothing else your insurance policy will cover you.

Insurance company paying your having a laugh.
House contents won't pay ( car on the road)
Car insurance max value £250.

Ouch - thats a very sore one......bad luck mate.....hope they nab the little scum bags soon.

may i ask how did they get in your landrover did they break into it?

i will look out as oxford is near and the stuff could be coming around cheltenham way sorry to hear about it anyway. the other comment i did i ment like did they take it from your house or was it at a lake? and like u could of left it running or somthing.

wishing you all the best in getting your gear back mate ,i just cant imagine how you are feeling ,i think i would be sectioned by now to stop me from mutilating someone.. have you got the car back and do you think the main quarry was the gear or the car ..
