Default Storing silk and bobbins

We are looking for a solution for displaying threads, wires and tinsels in our shop, at the moment, everything is in clear storage boxes in a pile, it takes no time for everything to become mixed up and silks are difficult to find.

I am looking for a solution, some kind of rack that can hold 10 spools of each colour.

Any suggestions?

BESTEX sewing thread display stand ST100-200

Those stands are great, familiar with them as i empty them in my local sewing shop for the purposes of pike/hucho fly tying. I always use this thread and it works great.

You could have one made by some local guy who works with wood pretty sure i have seen some wooden ones.

Next option is what AcidHouse showed you, basically you have small steel rods sticking out, slightly at an angle upwards and you put threads on through holes, this is often used in shops, again, you can also have one made by some local guy, very simple, piece of wood, some glue and steel/metal rods.

Next option is vertical dispenser made out of plastic piping, not so nice but very cheap, basically you stack them verticaly ad you have a piece of pipe cut out at the bottom so you can pull one out. This is super cheap and easy to make, and with a bit of work could be made to look good too.

etc.

Glasgow Angling Centre have a good one that appears to be modular, might be worth giving them a ring.

Each thread/tinsel is held vertically in a plastic see through gravity fed dispenser with the bottom one ready to pull out of the slot. Fill from the top, so stock always kept in rotation.
