Default Furled Leaders (Advice wanted)

Looking for abit of advice ref Furled Leaders, myself and at least 6 others will be starting river fishing next month,(as everyone will be). The place I work has a variety of equipment for everyone to use, but we don't have furled leaders.

I noticed lately that some of the others have bought poly tips lately and its what I normally use myself, would the furled leaders be just as good ? all advice welcome.

I have seen Mr trout set on one of the other post's, they look the business and I would love to try them and think the others would like to give them a try.

Having been a furled leader user for a decade or more ,btw I think Hughie and I were the first UK shop to stock Rod Dibbles furls .I am a big fan of them for my river trouting and autumn /winter grayling ,these days fishing mainly small rivers I use the 3 footers with a similar lenght tippet ,to suit size of fly .
Most of my furls are Dibbles ,but Mr trout does good ones too, including some specials he made up in Nylon for my resser trouting with long multi fly leaders ,now those have been a god send ,improved turn over and reduced tangles .
Cant see me using polyleaders for regular trouting ,good for salmon though .

If you are fishing dry fly on the rivers you might like to consider an alternative...

Regarding furled leaders: does anyone have any negative comments to make, based on their personal user experience?
What are the Pros and Cons?

Not much use to the smaller tackle dealer they seem to last a long long time ,I seem to get say 3 years or more out of one ,were I using nylon would go through 4or 5 a season .and be replacing at regular intervals as nylon ages 1
