Default Manufacturer of tags for cought fish

Perheaps someone here has come across this i am looking for a manufacturer of tags, that are used to mark a fish which angler has killed. I think this is mostly used in USA but perheaps in some other places as well.

Tag should be:

-only usable once, once it is used it is imposible to use it again
-should have some sort of serial number or something similar so you can track it
-it would be desirable that it would clearly be seen on photo when tag is actually used (so nobody wouls be able to cheat, like showing a fish that is taged, but the tag is in fact intact)

Any information is welcome

The Irish Salmon Anglers use them. The netsmen use them or they will be soon.
The Forth Salmon Anglers use them.
Just like this one on a fish from the blackwater.

Hi Blue One,

problem is these tags are issued under governmental surveillance to limit the killing of fish or to monitor it. Same goes for the game over here. These tags are limited and sold by the piece. Should you find the manufacturer, I'm sure he would refuse to sell you any quantity cause he'll be involved in a fraudulent action and risk severe punishment. You would be able to kill as much fish or game as you had tags, without being questioned by the authorities. I'm afraid you'll have to find a local mould injection factory, have your own mould made up (totally different from the ones used officially in your country or elsewhere, to prevent fraud!!) and have them produced exclusively for you or your organisation. This can be a costly operation.

Regards,

Actually i am not looking for those for myself and we are not using them over here but will propose to my local club to start using them for hucho fishing. So i am looking for a manufacturer, to see if i can get samples and introduce the idea to my club.

Making a mould etc. would not be cost beneficial as we have a very small number of fish that can be taken per year, like 5-10/per season. Manufactured tags would of course be best, as those shall be the hardest to counterfeit.

A club in Wales issues each of its members with 10 tags and then that's it.

Click the image to open in full size.

Below is a precis of their rules, which I think are fair, this river's stocks are sustainable and not endangered.

These tags are for Salmon / Grilse only and do not apply to any other fish.

Tags must be used in numerical order.

On killing a Salmon / Grilse a tag must be placed through the mouth, out through the gill plate and locked together firmly to form a loop.

The fish must be tagged immediately at exact place of capture.

Be aware NO Salmon to be killed before June 16th (E.A.Byelaw.) Once an anglers 10 tags have been used all Salmon must be returned with the minimum of stress and unharmed.

Under NO circumstances must a Salmon be killed and taken from the place of capture without a tag fitted.

If you forget your tags and leave them at home or in the boot of your car etc. etc., you will not be able to keep that fish and it must be returned.

On request and production of their permit all members must show their catch to another member or bailiff.

Tags must remain on your fish until your days fishing has been completed and you have left the river completely.

You can only use your own tags for your fish and nobody else’s.

We must do everything we can to conserve our Salmon stocks so please remember the importance of this tagging scheme.

A lot of trucks have to have a zip tie with a unique number on a tag sealing the rear doors to discourage tampering with the freight.

Give this mob a try ITW Envopak | Re-usable Tamper Evident Packaging & Security Seals

I've used various different tamper proof/evident seals they manufacture at work and found them to be good, though I'm not sure what the minimum order would be to get custom ones.
