Is Snypes Water open or closed?

Arrived at Snypes today around 10am and not a sole to be seen. The water was in great order. Hung around for a wee while and tried phoning the number on the board but it was going straight to voice mail. Ended up heading over to Lawfield and had a great afternoon. Landed 5 and 1 was over 6lb dropped 1 and missed a couple in a 3 hour session.
