Default Smelly fly box!

My fly box got wet and now it stinks!!!!!!!

I have taken all fly's out and washed them and they are ok but the box still honks!

My other boxes dont smell but they are a slightly better brand.

Do they have some sort of special anti stink foam in or should I just bin it and keep my new one dry?

I stub my fags out in mine. Beats the hell out of velcro and most of the trout where I fish have eaten so many fag ends, they've got nicotine withdrawal symptoms. They don't take my flies, they inhale them deeply.

LOL Bill,
and there was me learning to tie flies as a teenager many years ago, being warned not to smoke 2 hours before tying, and to wash my hands as well!
anyways, back to original post, get rid of the foam, spray empty box with wd40, yes folks wd40! leave to dry, put in new foam job done!
regards
bert
