Does anyone know when is soonest that you can buy your rod license for the coming season?

The 2012/13 licences should come on-line around the middle of March. You can buy a licence now, of course, but it'll run out on 31st March and you'll have to buy another one.

Mid March, thanks Bob. I'm just going to have to wait. It will give me time to check all my kit over and get stuff ready.

Sorry to say but it will only last until 31st march 2012.

Wait until you get independence. There'll be a lot of things you'll be paying for then that you've had for free since Pontius was a pilot.
