Fly fishing for gators, i betcha the Crocodile hunter (dont remeber his name) will be doing that in the deep crevaces of hell (No disrespect intended)

Me and my friend who lives in the usa were fishing at last light for large mouth bass in Florida he got a decent bass on i could here it taking line so i went to see if he needed a hand and the next minute i could see 2 red eyes in my headlight,we had nearly got the bass to the net and youve guessed it the gator got hold of it and was not letting go,all hell broke out my friend was trying to cut the line but the gator was coming towards us at a great rate of knots and before we knew it he was at the bankside.Now i dont know if you know this but over a short distance a gator can run pretty fast so it was chuck the rod and vacate the premises we went back the next morning to see if we could find his rod,no luck.

Don't you guys carry ak-47's around to deal with stuff like this?

They hunt them for there skins and meat, hang chicken from over hanging trees with large hooks and line.
When caught they pull them in and shoot them in the head.
Its a 1 month cull by license to keep numbers in check.
