Well the fishery continues to provide good sport. This week has seen the rod average on F2 top at 6 for the bank and 7.5 for the boats. F1 has been quieter with a rod average topping 3.
The water level is rising albeit painfully slowly but we are getting there.
The bookings for the Christmas match are coming in thick and fast so if you haven't booked yet please do. As you know the nominated charity this year is Help The Hero's. We have two nice auction prizes to offer so far.

1st is a visit for up to 4 people to the Medium Support Helicopter Aircrew Training Facility based at RAF Benson. The facility is a Private Finance initiative contract run by a consortium fronted by CAE and is the only one of its type in the UK.
Due to Health & Safety requirements and equipment used in the facility the minimum age for a visitor has to be set at 16 years. The visit will include a brief overview of what is done at the site followed by use of the computer based training facilities and a briefing on the Tactical Control Centre.

2nd A unique opportunity for one person to have 7 day a week full year ticket to fish F1 as catch and release only
There no plans to issue a season ticket on F1 next year and therefore the only way to fish for less than £25 per day 7 days a week will be to buy this unique ticket.

If you are unable to fish in the match we will accept sealed bids to be opened on the day should you wish to bid for either of these items.

All the best
