No, I'm Spartacus

There are threads on DCAC rivers and DCAC stillwaters, if you pick up the threads I'm sure others will follow. My blog archive shows nearly all DCAC venues, especially rivers. Welcome aboard Alex

I've been a member fr 2 years and I have only found Willington lake so far. I did get directions to somewhere near Mayfield and I fished a stretch, but I am not sure I was on the right bit!

I keep looking at the file, but still cn't find the waters we have. If any of you can help an outsider who doesn't know where any of the named places are - can't find them n a road atlas either....so I can use some of the fising I have signed up for, I would be grateful

I did go to Phil White's talk last year - took me nearly 3 hours to get to the yacht club from Uttoxeter!

Is there any grayling fishing on our waters? Fly fishing for graylings, I mean, not maggot drowning.

Hi TL
Both Church Mayfield(Dove) and Willersley Castle (Derwent) are excellent grayling waters, although both trotting venues aswell. However they can only be used by full members(flyfishers) with loose feed only (sprinkle by hand) meaning no feeders or static fishing. This is how I understand things but I'm happy to be corrected
If you need directions let us know.
hope this helps
Mick
