Xmas Fishing in Pembrokeshire??

I'm taking the Fun Prevention Officer and the kids away to Pembrokeshire for the Christmas break and SWMBO has given me a pass for 1 day's fishing whilst I'm there. So I'm after some suggestions please. Don't mind if it's lake or river. Anyone know what's available? I'll be there between 23rd - 29th December.
