Would it be real fly fishing so long as they kept off the bungs and lures?

some BWO should be released to hatch in the pool too, to assure free rising trout, I heard Halford was giving instructions how to have a breed of free rising fish in Test to be able to follow a proper dry fly code and chase the rising fish with a proper female blue wing olive imitations, at the end of the day whats the difference if its a swimming pool or a pool in Test

Interesting 'take' on pay to play. This type of operation is not that unique .... but into a swimming pool ... that's new to me.

Is this a joke? If so actually putting fish in the pool is just cruel.

Not a joke as far as I can tell. They bung a load of stockies in a swimming pool (no chlorine, clearly) and then people pay to oik them out and take them home.

Was not similar done over here quite a few years ago? Big outcry and never been repeated. Though there are some very small trout pools!

Reminds me of a cartoon in Trout & Salmon many years ago. A tweed-clad chap was practising his casting towards a floating ring in his swimming pool. His wife was saying something along the lines of "I hope you're not proposing to...." as a lorry draws up outside with So & so's Trout Farm written on the side.

What goes around etc. etc.
