We're always quick to relay our experiences of bad customer service, so I thought it would make a nice change to mention some really good service from Fliesonline.

I placed an order with them for the first time last week. The flies arrived the next day but one fly was sent to me in the wrong colour and another was the wrong fly. I contacted them by e-mail on Saturday and Ron Sharp got back to me within an hour, promising to replace my entire order and to pick the order out himself on Monday. I received the replacements today, inside a free fly box.

The flies seem of good quality and I had good success on the Irfon this Sunday with their Tungsten Grayling Bug. I will use them again.

Nice to hear you got excellent service as customer satisfaction is really what it,s all about. Unfortunately some traders forget that. I tie all my flies and the only flies I haven,t tied are some I won in a competition, but if I was going to buy any on line I,d certainly follow your recommendation.
