Talking North Third C/R for £10!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi all,
I have just been on the north third website and their new 2012 season prices are updated wich includes £10 catch and realese all day even at weekends (£12 for a boat) North Third Trout Fishery Stirling - Prices
I have been a few times and it is a well run fishery and a proper big loch where you have to search for the fish but when you find them its a great place and one of the best fishiers in scotland and all for £10. well done to the owners of north third for having such a nice loch and fishery and not being greedy with prices. I would recomend this place to anyone and hope that it is here for many years to come.

That's a good price and only an extra £10 for an outboard. I can see a wee visit next season

also can be good in the evenings for a big rise if the conditions are right

The £10 ticket was available this season as well.Great price.Worth taking your own o/board,electric or petrol.

yes but only on weekdays it is only next year the 2012 season that it will be avaliable on weekends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jim i Went on the site and noticed it says No Saturday evening sessions.
I went on to have a look as i had never realised where the fishery was, but heard a few talk about it.

Though 2 buses and a taxi just to get there for me so i will stick to local waters lol.

It's just up the road from me (8mls) top of the campsie hills I have fished it for many years,still enjoy fishing it.
Very close to Carron,and Swanswater.

as already mentioned it is closed on saturday evenings and is opened 15 march-31 october
