Default How would you start at Draycote tomorrow?

Hi, gonna fish from a boat at Draycote tomorrow, i will do the usual and ask the staff about the best methods etc but was just wondering, if you didn't have access to that info how would you tackle the water this time of year?

Thanks in advance.

Well i had a rather small similar fly with a floater cast to a seen fish and that came in at around 3lbs ,nice slim fit fish .
Ealier in the day before the fog cleared was getting nips and follows to similar and a wee classic muddler ,then the sun came out and the lake seemed to die ,think when we came of at 3ish most were finding it hard going except for the deep booby fishers ,been there done that and dont want to do it again !
Hope Severn Trent renew the contract ,it has been a superb water this year ,thanks Ifor and Craig!
