12/15lbs? i say that as my biggest pike was 13lbs and yours looks a similar size!

its close to 24 lbs i would think the gurth is wide and it looks 36inch long at least.

Dont know that much about pike but do catch them when salmon fishing in Ireland.

My guess is 25in long and 14and half pounds
