Good to see a report on the Dever Springs charity day which helped raise over £6000 for homeless charity Alabare in yesterday's F+F News.
Bernard Cribbins OBE is a great character in the sport and typically the photo of him shows him larking about with a fellow celebrity.
One of my Bernard Cribbins favourites (apart from The Wombles, naturally) is the Norwegian Flyfishers Club DVD Salmon of a Lifetime on which Bernard larks around with club chairman Manfred Raguse, Terry Oldfield, Chris Tarrant and others and catches a salmon or two almost as a byproduct!
