Default Dry fly leaders

Hi Folks,i want to make up dry fly leaders for lough fishing over the close season.Im looking for info on...length, the number of sections ,with mm diameter and length of each section.I would really appreciate any help in this matter......Thanks Jemo

You could try these as a starter but maybe make them a bit longer to suit still water work: Dry Fly 'Expert': Leader linguistics, tippet talk and tips...

Unless you're fishing very 'skinny water' "we" just follow the old "60-20-20" formula. Used to make up co-poly leaders and it could take 20 minutes going down all the digressions.

For the most part a total waste of time to get much more complicated than that.

there is a good article in this months Trout and Salmon by Dennis Moss called "leaders for dry-flies" well worth a look.
