This Belfast fishery is a joy to behold and on top of the fishing you will be exposed to a wide spectrum of Northern Ireland's great culture and traditions

Good luck

Fred is no longer at Murloc. Better bet would be to speak to Kenny or Cathryn at Brookhall Fishery, who will hire tackle in addition to looking after you very well

I would definetly recomend The Straid fishery. It's maybe 15-20 minutes outside Belfast, well worth a visit or several. They allow both boat or bank fishing & a nice sized area of water.

I agree. Straid Fishery is Northern Irelands oldest and most famous Fly Fishery. It has recently been given a face lift by Ray & Derek..

Superb boat and bank fishing for hard fighting rainbows on a 24 acre lake. And its fishing superbly. Fished a comp there yesterday with a rod average of 5.3. But you could easily expect to catch over 20 if the weather if decent and fish are really up for it.

PM Buzzersnblobs on here and he will look after you.

You dont want to visit Northern Ireland at this time of year without a day on Straid.

+1 for Straid
I used to fish straid a few years back before i departed NI shores...
Great fishery - then, should still be good now.
