Default River Avon

So I was out for a walk with the dog on Sunday, down the river, more for a nosey than anything else took a few pictures on the way... The first few are of a small burn that runs into the Avon.

I'm not sure if it holds fish, but after I found out who has the rights I will look in to it further.

Whilst walking I came across this 'arch way' in the rock... Within it, it had these strange engravings. Never noticed them before...

All in all, a pleasant walk, that I thought was worth sharing, hopefully you think the same.

Cheers

No to sure what it's called Pete, that does ring a bell though.

Fished it a fair few times, decent beat. Will be taking a ticket next season hopefully, along with The Almond and The Carron. ;-)
