Default Mr. Woods does it again.

It's been done before and no doubt will be done again in the future but who can blame us.

So, I contacted Gromit (Ian woods) last weekend about doing me a salmon reel/line combo but he was away until Tuesday Tuesday came and he got back in touch with me to find out my requirements, budget etc. A few PM's back and forth and we came to an accord.

The price he offered was amazing which now that I think about it also included free next day delivery. The guy is just bloody incredible.

I can't thank you enough Ian, you are a true gent.

If anyone on here has never used Ian before then do it. Get in touch with him with your needs, he listens to you not as a salesman but as an angler, he really knows his stuff, he won't sell you something you don't need, something that might be more expensive. He sells you something that is just right for your requirements and will do his best to knock a few £££'s off as well.

Thank you again Mr. Woods

Totally agree. Ordered a rod on Wednesday lunchtime and was delivered next morning. Will be ordering many more things from him in the future.

I've used Ian a few times and always contact him whether he can suit my needs there and then, or not. I will shop with Ian again, without a doubt.

Direct quote from a pm Ian sent me late yesterday evening

"Some good news (I think!!) I have received an email today saying a C&F back order has been despatched to us yesterday and the two patches were showing in stock on it. I havent been in today but will check tomorrow and see if they did indeed arrive."

The boxes arrived in the post this morning.
If that's not service , then I don't know what is!
