Default Chalk Springs/Meon Springs

Going to the mainland this week end and thinking of doing a spot of fishing as well but not sure which of the above to go to.
Anyone got any tips on which to try.

Cheers

Dave

Both well regarded fisheries, Meon is my choice. I do a lot of tuition there for reason, the fishing is good, good qulity fish, very clear water, excellent pricing policy, great facilities, free tea/coffee, great place.

Hi,
Fished Blagdon last weekend, really good fishing, but you will need to book a boat and if you have no electric motor book one locally ,its a big water to row. Fish on the top and fighting well, £25 for boat and 6 fish.

Have the prices reduced? Just seen it's only £29 for a day with two fish! been going to Chalk Springs and struggling to catch my bag and that's half a day for the same price!
