Are they international competition legal or not? Just wondering because of the foam in them?

Legal as long as the rules don't state.'No foam flies'.(normally when limit reached and C&R applies)

Thanks for the quick replies, I was just wondering with regards to fishing the washing line method. I have just read though that some people just gink up a normal blob which is pretty much the same effect?
