Default Sat 15th Leighton

Went to Leighton on Sat, only could manage a half day but was worth the trip. Sun was out, but the wind was cold keeping the fish down in the water. Had 3 rainbows and eventually walked up past the bridge to end the day, saw a little brownie rising several times so I had a go. The little Brownie turned out to be over 5lb and did not like being hooked . Made for a cracking end of the day for me.

Hi,
You had a great day - virtually a repeat of one I had there a fortnight ago!
Was supprised at the standard of fish, although the 3 fish I caught had some fin damage.

Cheers
Dave

Congratulations and well done on the "little" brownie.
