Default Road Trip Scottish Borders

Looking to arrange a 4 day road trip around the Scottish Border for trout. Any suggestions on a route/lochs to visit, looking at a different site for each of the 4 days, driving up from Newcastle.

Cheers

PAul

A1 to Coldingham loch, 20 or so miles north of berwick on tweed for first stop.
Keep on A1 to East Linton for Markle fishery for 2nd stop.
Head to Haddington then up to Gifford for Tweedale millenium for 3rd stop.
South to Longformacus to The Watch fishery for 4th stop.
Accomodation is available close by to all sites, is a mixture of larger to smaller stillwater rainbow fisheries. google them all for prices/opening times.
No brown or river trout available, as season is closed!!
regards
