Hi Craigie

Went there today with the intention of wetting a line, the water is very high although didnt seem particualy coloured, keep an eye on the forecast for the next couple of days..

Was too rough and windy for me today....but then again I'm a southerner!!!

Best Wishes

I crossed it at Rutherglen on way back from work and it was over my reference clump of grass.

Personally would not take the trouble but you might tolerate fishing in higher water than me.

The higher up the river you go the more big tributaries you cut out.
