Does anyone know this stretch of road?

If so, it crosses a little river just past the Leigh arms heading to Macc. It's just after that place on the bend that was a restaurant then beauty spa?

Is there anything in it? Who owns it?

Is it not the River Dean ........ if it is the Dean you mean I wormed it many a time for trout over 30 years ago down by the Dean Water Hotel on the way to Wilmslow from there.

Nowerdays I only know the Prince Albert stretch of the Dane over that way below Boarshaw Clough on the other side of Macc.

Ask aroung locally if someone on here cannot shed any lighy on it.

Cheers, it might be the Dean. Following it on google earth, it crosses the road just south east of the deanwater.

Prince Albert has some of the Dean over near Woodford which is between Silk Road and Dean Water Hotel.

There is a Northern PA meeting on Thursday night and someone is bound to know there I'll ask and get back to you if you have not solved it.
