Seeing the thread on Burton on Trent and the approaching fly fair makes me very curious. Has any forumites attended these things previously? Some of the demonstrators I met personally when I once belonged to the local branch of the fly dressers guild and I wouldn't mind learning new tips or buying some new materials for my materials stock, but I don't know any one who goes to these events. Unfortunately I don't have my own transport so would have to either find someone who does and would be kind enough to take me along or use public transport. Just curious to see if 1. It would be worth attending 2. If anyone in my immediate area are going and wouldn't mind me tagging along. Thanks
