Good afternoon all,
I will be staying in the Llanrug area from sunday for a week,
and would be grateful for any information with regard to easy access
river bank fishing,and stillwater fishing in the area.
I have done a search on here and have come up with some useful
information but could do with narrowing it down .
I am a virtual novice and would appreciate a push in the right direction

Big flood at the moment. Saturday asd Sunday should be good for salmon fishing, Pont Crawia at Llanrug: Crawia Glanrafon is HQ for the local association who hold most of the fishing on the Seiont and the local lakes.

Save the softmouth trout

Have a look at Ogwen Valley Angling Association they have several stretches of the River Ogwen, Lake Ogwen and if you're feeling adventurous a couple of high lakes above Lake Ogwen; I think there was an article about Ffynnon lloer in a recent Trout & Salmon mag.
