Default Eyebrook

Tried searching but the forum keeps crashing on me

Can anyone tell me how Eyebrook is fishing?

Even though it is pretty local to me I have never fished it before, I hope to put this right at the weekend.

Passing my neighbours last night I had half a chat. He fished it over the weekend and had some good sport bring 12 to the boat, sorry that’s all the info I managed to get as my Beagles were paying far too much interest in his chickens.

Knowing the kind of fishing he does it would have been a floater and slow inter with nymphs of some sort.

Fished it today, had a cracking 3lb rainbow to a small black buzzer.

Word was it has been fishing well, but the wind (hurricane) today seemed to put them off.

My boat partner had 4 to black buzzer. Saw someone else with 4 to cats whisker.

First time I have fished there and have to say I enjoyed it. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Saw plenty of fish moving. Great setting and nice touches like free tea and coffee. In a mug.
