went for a quick cast the nite and hooked my first ever double figure pike
12-14lb. the reel on my rod is a 12wt to give you an idea of the scale.
hardest fighting fish i've ever caught.

Thats what pike should look like, a majestic looking fish

I think pike also fight hard summer/this time of year, more so than in winter.
