Geordietrout is on a distinguished road
Thumbs up Hats off to John Norris!

Just back from a week in the lakes where i managed to break two rods! my first break happened the night before i had a days fishing scheduled on the river Eden. So, on the way over I called in at John Norris in Penrith and bought a replacement. This rod snapped whilst casting....So called into John Norris on way back home. They replaced both rods! First Class service.

They've exchanged several rods and reels for me. No question, no argument. Customer service is outstanding.

Not a bad bunch really, called in last week with a broken Greys wading stick lanyard, only a few months old.
Steel cord, and it snapped like cotton, saw James Norris, always a wise move, I chose a new William Joseph one which was approx £11 more, and he wouldn't charge me the difference.
Be nice to them, and they are usually very helpful.
Cheers James.
